This antique Strohmenger baby grand piano, made in Britain in 1928 (serial number 18500), is a unique Art Deco grand piano with a special half-moon style lid. This particular model was produced in a limited production run of 100 pianos, so is a very collectable item. This is a gorgeous cabinet of resplendent book matched burl walnut with dark walnut trim - art deco design and manufacture at its finest.
This Art Deco Strohmenger piano has been fully restored to its original standard using only the finest in quality of parts and materials that are sympathetic to the original manufacture, resulting in a unique and superb antique musical instrument. This piano provides a rejuvenating tone, a resonating, magnificent voice and a wide dynamic range from pp to ff. Truly, this grand piano has marvellous musicality and is pleasant to play and to listen to.
