Scott Leigh - Operations Manager
Scott is the Operations Manager at Shackleford Pianos and oversees the day to day running of the business. He is responsible for organising piano transport and logistics, as well as running the restoration workshop and overseeing the team. He is very busy but is nevertheless great at making sure things run smoothly.
Scott comes from a military background and uses the team leading skills he learnt in the British Army to manage the office and team. Introduced to Shackleford Pianos by a friend, Scott has since progressed through the company. He ensures everything is completed on time and to a high standard. He is an effective team leader and has a level 5 management qualification.
Scott grew up in Macclesfield and now lives locally in Staffordshire. His favourite part of the job is meeting new people and helping customers to the best of his ability.
In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts, hiking, rock climbing and going to the gym.
Scott will be happy to advise on any aspect of piano sales, restoration or transport.
