This Blüthner Model 7 Grand Piano is a fully restored piano and in our opinion, is one of finest mid sized grand pianos Bluthner made, this is due to Blüthner's soundboard design and how the bridges are incorporated into the piano design. The result is a mid sized grand piano that produces a beautiful big sound that rivals much bigger pianos. This Bluthner Model 7 is fitted with Bluthner's patent action, a very smooth playing action type that does not have the resistance you feel in a modern action. The touch of a Bluthner patent action can be described as lighter, but this sensation is due to the lesser amount of moving parts in this type of action. This is an incredibly accurate action to play on and it was favoured by pianist and composers such as Debussy, Rachmaninov, and Grieg.
