Prestigious and Ambitious - Congratulations to Steingraeber!
Congratulations are in order for Steingraeber & Söhne after their recent accomplishment in the German piano industry. They are now recognised as a prestigious German brand after winning the "German Standards - Brands of the Century", held every three years to celebrate the most prevalent, impressive and distinguished German brands.
Throughout the years, Steingraeber has been a staple of German innovation, craftsmanship, and tradition. They have created many ground-breaking inventions that have shaped the piano industry we know today, including the Mozart rail, the SFM Piano Action and the Sordino, all of which are still implemented into uprights and grands today.
Not only was the jury impressed by the stunning innovations Steingraeber have created, but also the materials used. 90% of the materials found in each of Steingraeber's unique pianos are domestic - a fantastic example of Steingraeber's craftsmanship and accomplishment.
