This particular George Rogers & Sons upright piano has been finished in rich mahogany finish and has a traditional cabinet with 3 panelled front. The sound of this gorgeous upright piano has a deep, resonating voice and a clear tone, resulting in an instrument that offers top-quality musicality. The action is immediate and accurate making playing any piece enjoyable. This is a very nice piano and will be perfect as a starter piano able to take a pianist through to grade five and beyond. This George Rogers upright piano is a reconditioned piano.
This piano is also very special due to its age - this piano is an antique and dates to around 1916. It has since been revived and it retains its original, high standards of musicality, longevity and playability.
Additionally, the piano is also finished in a vibrant mahogany, making the piano glow with colour and beauty. This upright piano is not only a perfect antique instrument with a fantastic sound, it is also a marvellous furniture piece. As well as a soft and sustain pedals, this piano also has a fold down music desk and castors for easy movement.
