Due to the fact that this piano is unrestored, it is going to need a level of work to present it in tune and to achieve a level of high playability. The cabinet is badly faded in it's original ebonised finish. This can be re-polished to easy finish you wish, antique ebonised or modern high gloss.
This model E concert grand piano is a beautifully made Bechstein piano in a ebonised finish with a fine selection of materials for the soundboard - always an indicator of a piano maker who knows what they are doing. The frame is well cast, and all the piano componetry is of a very high standard, resulting in a piano that when restored will be a fine example of the pinnacle if piano making.
