Joshua Payne - Piano Technician

 

   

Joshua is from Milton Keynes and is a technician here at Shackleford Pianos. He has a vast experience in pianos and music, having graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has received a diploma in piano tuning & repairs from the Piano Tuner Academy in Newport. Joshua has also played in many bands, has performed as a solo pianist on many occasions. 

 

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys playing the piano, playing the trumpet and unicycling. His favourite part of the job is fixing piano actions as he finds the intricacies of the mechanisms fascinating and interesting to work with.
